电动汽车热泵两对腔涡旋压缩机补气特性研究
Study on the characteristics of vapor injection of two-pair-chamber scroll compressor for electric vehicle heat pump system

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究小压比、短型线的两对腔(N=2)涡旋压缩机的补气性能,采用第二制冷剂量热器法搭建了测量补气式涡旋压缩机的性能试验台,在不同热泵工况及补气压力下进行了试验研究与分析。结果显示:基于试验工况,有补气相对于无补气均可使涡旋压缩机的排气温度降低;压缩机制热量随补气压力的升高而增加,而制热COP(能效比)则随补气压力的增大先上升后下降,4个工况下峰值处的COP较无补气时分别增大了11.45%,7.28%,2.09%,3.56%;低温热泵名义制热工况下涡旋压缩机的容积效率随着补气压力的提高而逐渐增大,热泵名义制热工况下(工况3、工况4)补气压力对容积效率影响甚微,分别维持在0.55及0.50附近;所测工况下的压缩机效率随补气压力的增加先增大后减小。
In order to study the vapor injection performance of the scroll compressor with two-pair-chamber(N=2) with small pressure ratio and short profile,the second calorimeter method was used to build a test bench for measuring the performance of the scroll compressor with vapor injection and experimental research and analysis were carried out under different heat pump conditions and injection pressure.The experimental results indicate that discharge temperature of the scroll compressor with or without vapor injection can be reduced.The heating capacity of the compressor under the measured conditions increases with the increase of the injection pressure,while the heating COP(Heating Coefficient of Performance) first rises and then decreases with the increase of the injection pressure.The heating COP at peak value under 4 operating conditions was increased by 11.45%,7.28%,2.09% and 3.56%,respectively,compared with non-vapor injection.The volumetric efficiency of scroll compressor increases with the increase of injection pressure under nominal heating condition of low temperature heat pump.The vapor injection pressure has little effect on the volumetric efficiency,the values remain around 0.55 and 0.50,respectively,under nominal heating condition of heat pump(Operating Condition 3,Operating Condition 4).The compressor efficiency first increases and then decreases with the increase of injection pressure under the measured conditions.
