抛物线型流体静压型机械端面密封数值分析

摘要(Abstract):

以小型水下航行器艉轴用机械密封为研究对象,提出了抛物线型流体静压型机械端面密封(PHS-MS)二维轴对称模型;兼顾流体粘度随压力和温度的变化,采用有限差分法对Reynolds方程、能量方程、热传导方程及其他控制方程组成的耦合数学模型进行了数值计算;在相同的几何与环境参数下,通过PHS-MS与传统锥形(锥角β)流体静压型机械端面密封(CHS-MS)密封性能对比,表明在同等开启力下,PHS-MS泄漏量更小,提高了小型水下航行器运行的安全性及航程;研究了几何参数对PHS-MS密封性能的影响规律,获得了最优几何参数。
As mechanical seal used in the tail shaft of small underwater vehicle for studying,a two-dimensional axisymmetric model was presented for a hydrostatic mechanical seal(PHS-MS) with parabola face;Considering the effects of sealed fluid viscosity varying with temperature and pressure,finite difference method was used to obtain the joint solution for the Reynolds equation,energy equation,thermal conduction equation and other equations;Sealing performance parameters was compared between PHS-MS and hydrostatic mechanical seal within convergent face(CHS-MS) at same geometry and environmental parameters,the results show that the leakage is smaller than CHS-MS,and it makes underwater vehicle much safer;The effect of surface structure parameters on the performance of PHS-MS was studied,and the optimal parameters were obtained.
