摘要(Abstract)：

三蒸馏混合蜡油泵为蒸馏装置的关键泵,长期处于D级振动状态,2013年对泵进行多次大修,从设备对中、转子平衡、轴承内外圈配合等机械因素,以及工艺流量、管线犟劲等方面进行检查,最终基本解决了该泵的振动故障,使机泵从16mm/s的D级振动下降到5mm/s的C级振动。本文针对振动故障情况进行了综合分析,剖析振动可能出现的原因、维修方法和解决策略,对今后振动方面的管理及维修提出了建议。
Mixed wax oil pump of the third distillation unit is the key pump in our company,always stays at Grade D vibration situation. We have done many repairs with it since 2013,from the point of equipment alignment,rotor balance,and bearing inner and outer connection,also with flow process and pipe strength,finally this vibration problem is solved. The vibration of this pump drops from 16 mm of Grade D to 5mm of Grade C. Then comprehensive analysis is given to the cause of this problem,management and solutions are suggested to the future vibration.
