NH_3/CO_2复叠制冷系统中CO_2螺杆压缩机的研发

摘要(Abstract):

NH3/CO2复叠制冷系统中,压缩机是其中的关键部件之一,对系统的性能及运行成本具有重要的作用。本文介绍了一种应用在低温制冷循环中的CO2双螺杆压缩机的设计及相关试验。采用包络理论设计了转子的型线,阳转子齿数为5,阴转子齿数为8,在此基础上设计了压缩机的排气孔口,并对转子进行了三维受力变形计算,从计算结果可以看出转子变形和轴承可以满足要求。试验证明设计的CO2双螺杆压缩机能够应用在NH3/CO2复叠制冷系统中。
The compressor is one of the key parts in a NH3/CO2 cascade refrigeration system,and it plays an important role to the system performance and running cost.A twin screw CO2 compressor used for low temperature refrigeration cycle was developed in this paper.The lobe number of the male rotor is 5,and the female is 8.The rotor profile is calculated by adopting envelop method.According to the rotor profile,the discharge port is designed.Calculation indicates that rotor deformation and bearing could meet the requirement of the application.It is shown that the twin screw CO2 compressor can be used for the NH3/CO2 cascade system.
