多弯头数平板状闭式回路脉动热管流动及试验运行机理的可视化试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

对多弯头数平板状闭式回路脉动热管进行了可视化试验研究。在180×120×3 mm3的铝板上加工出40个首尾相接的正方形槽道(每个槽道横截面尺寸2×2 mm2,长165 mm),构成闭式回路。采用酒精为工作介质,充液率在10%~90%范围内变化,安装角度可任意调节。通过试验,系统观察平板内部的流型及流态转换规律,探讨其运行机理。
A visual study on a flat plate closed loop pulsating heat pipes was performed,which consists of 40 square channels(cross section 2×2 mm2 and length 165 mm for each channel) machined directly on an aluminum plate with overall size 180 ×120×3 mm3.Ethanol was used as the working fluid and its filling ratio ranged from 10% to 90%.The set up can be tilted freely,so three heat modes were compared,such as bottom heat mode(+90),horizontal heat mode(0) and top heat mode(-90),respectively.As a result,various flow patterns and their transitions are observed and found to be related to the fill ratio,heat mode and heat load,also the operational characteristics and working mechanism are discussed.
