采用自然复叠制冷-40℃低温冷柜的仿真设计

摘要(Abstract):

建立了自然复叠制冷系统稳态仿真模型,该模型用实验数据进行了验证,误差小于±5%。用仿真模型研究了采用非共沸环保混合制冷剂(R744/R717)自然复叠制冷-40℃低温冷柜的性能,分析了CO2浓度、冷凝器出口温度及压缩机排气压力对制冷系统COP的影响。
The steady-state model of autocascade refrigeration system was built.The average error between the simulation results and experimental data was less than ±5%.The performance of-40℃ freezer with autocascade refrigeration system using zeotropic refrigerant mixture of R744/R717 was investigated.The effects on COP of the concentration of R744,the outlet refrigerant temperature of condenser and the outlet refrigerant pressure of compressor were analyzed.
