一种核级仪表阀的抗地震冲击研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了核级仪表阀抗地震冲击分析的要求。基于有限元分析方法,应用ANSYS对有、无压力和热预应力的情况进行了对比研究,计算阀门整机的振动模态以及在承受地震载荷共同作用下的应力及变形,然后根据ASME规范对阀门的工作部件做出应力评定和强度校核。结果表明,该波纹管核级仪表阀在标准地震载荷及设计组合载荷作用下能保持结构完整性和可运行性。
The requirements of anti-earthquake of nuclear instrument valves was briefly describes. Based on the finite element analysis method,the vibration mode of the whole valve was calculated by ANSYS. The modal analyses has been carried out based on with and without press tresses. The finite element model of valve,which subjected to the seismic load and design combining load,was built to determine stress and deformation. And then stress evaluation and strength check were performed in accordance with ASME code. The results show that the valve due to safe shutdown earthquake and design combining load can satisfy the requirement of structure integrity and operation capability.
