沉降器尾气压缩机气阀故障原因分析与解决方案

摘要(Abstract):

沉降器尾气压缩机是Innovene气相聚丙烯工艺中重要的往复式压缩机,采用独特的菌形阀,并含有PEEK(聚醚醚酮)密封元件。本文通过对故障压缩机气阀部件的仔细分析,排除了PEEK受TEAL(三乙基铝)的腐蚀因素,确定了引起气阀故障的原因,并针对性地提出了解决方案。通过该方案的实施,有助于该型压缩机持久平稳的运行。
The settler exhaust compressor is an important reciprocating compressor in the Innovene gas phase polypropylene process,which uses unique valves and contains a PEEK(polyether ether ketone)sealing element. In this paper,through the careful analysis of the components in the fault valve,the factor of PEEK corrosion by TEAL(Al Et3)is excluded and the cause of the valve failure is determined and the solution is put forward. Through the implementation of the solution,this type of compressor is conducive to lasting and stable operation.
