基于转矩控制的离心式压缩机综合控制系统的研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了全数字交流伺服系统驱动离心式气体压缩机可以按照设计工况的要求实时控制电动机的转矩 ,从而实现等压控制或等质量流量控制。控制系统具有自动防喘振功能、运行参数的网络传输功能及远程监控功能
Centrifugal compressor is driven by using numerical alternating servo system,which can real\|time control torque of motor according to the demand of desirable working condition. The system achieves isobaric control or equal\|quality flow\|rate control,as well as automatic saving gasping function,running parameter network transmission and remote monitoring function.
