旋转压滤机的生产能力与过滤阻力的研究Study on the Rotary Filter-press Productive Capacity and Filtration Resistance

摘要(Abstract)：
讨论和研究了旋转压滤机的生产能力洗涤周期及过滤阻力的基本规律。在试验研究的基础上得出了合理的洗涤周期和生产能力之间的计算关系,并在恒压过滤条件下得出这种动态延迟滤饼过滤的阻力系数与过滤时间的函数关系。本文为旋转压滤机的放大与设计提供了设计方法和依据。
The principle of rotary filter-press' design was discussed,the calculate relation between the reasonable wash cycle and productive capacity was got based on the experiment rules of rotary filter-press.The relation of resistance coefficience of dynamic delayed cake filtration and filtrate time under fixed press filtration was got too.The designment and magnification of rotary filter-press was offered.
