冬季大空间室内两种典型气流组织的试验研究
Experimental Study for Two Typical Air Distributions in Large Space in Winter

摘要(Abstract):

试验研究并分析了喷口单侧送风和柱状下送风2种典型气流组织的5个工况下冬季室内的垂直温度分布、居住域温度场、速度场、PMV以及供热量等试验结果。试验A、B、C、D、E 5个工况依次为:喷口下调30°、15°侧上送侧下回风2个工况,柱状下送上回方式,分设计送风面积、削减下部送风面积40%、削减上部送风面积60%3个工况。试验风量为7275~8506 m3/h,室外空气综合温度为9.0~9.3℃。试验结果表明:A、B、C、D、E 5个工况的单位室内外温差供热量依次为1832、1673、2210、2016和1836 W/℃时,居住域的平均温度相应可达23.1、23.1,18.7,19.7和21.3℃,其PMV均值分别为0.48,0.33,0.02,0.03和0.34。试验和理论研究结果表明,在同样的舒适度的条件下,冬季喷口送风节能性、稳定时间要好于柱状送风气流组织,从居住域的热环境均匀性、局部吹风感角度出发,柱状送风要好于喷口送风。
Experiments have been carried out in the experimental bases under two typical air distributions of vent side-supplying and column down-supplying distributions in winter,parameters like indoor vertical temperature distribution、temperature and velocity field in the living domain、PMV and heating load have been analyzed,The five distributions of A、B、C、D、E are as follows: the nozzle declining 30 side-supplying down side-returning,the nozzle declining 15 side-supplying down side-returning,columnar supplying,columnar supplying with lower 40% area sealed and columnar supplying with upper 40% area sealed distribution.The experimental volumes range from 7275~8506 m3/h,and the outdoor comprehensive temperature is about 9.0~9.3℃.The results show that: when heating load at 1832、1673、2210 、2016 and 1836 W/℃ respectively,the average temperature in living domain can reach 23.1、23.1、18.7、19.7and 21.3℃,and average PMV values are 0.48,0.33,0.02,0.03 and 0.34 accordingly,From both experiment and theory it shows that: When reach the same comfort,nozzle supplying is better than columnar supplying distribution from the point of energy conservation and stabilization time.While considering the uniformity and the draft in the living domain,columnar supplying is better than nozzle supplying distribution.
