Gurney襟翼在车辆冷却风扇设计中的应用研究Method Using Gurney Flap to Increase Flux of an Axial Fan

摘要(Abstract):
使用Gurney襟翼的高度与增升效果的经验公式 ,提出了在车辆冷却风扇叶片上使用Gurney襟翼的简便方法。实验表明 ,采用这种计算Gurney襟翼高度分布的方法可以在基本不降低效率的条件下明显提高车辆冷却风扇的气动性能。
An experimental equation about height of the Gurney flap and increment of lift coefficient of the airfoil is used. Based on this equation, a method which can calculate height of the Gurney flap to increase flux of an axial fan is presented.The experiment proved that the method is efficient.
