大型机组滑压运行时锅炉给水泵的调节特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对大型发电机组变负荷滑压运行的特点,进行了由变速主给水泵和工频前置泵串联后再并联组成的给水系统特性的综合分析。其重点是通过给水泵不同组合运行方式下其特性方程的拟合以及机组滑压运行时给水管路特性的确定和对应阻力数的求取过程最终推导出在仅靠主给水泵变速调节以满足不同负荷、不同滑压下所对应的扬程、效率和转速等关系式。并以某电站600MW超临界机组为例对不同运行方案进行了能耗比较,从而提出了不同负荷下更加合理的运行方式,为工程的实际应用提供了可参考的理论依据。
According to the characteristics of utility-type generator set in variable load sliding-pressure operation,analysize the characteristics of feed-water system comprehensively which consist of variable speed main feed-water and power frequency booster-pump connecting in series first then in parallel.It puts emphasis on fitting characteristics equation of feed-water pump under different operations,and determining characteristics of feed-water pipeline under sliding-pressure operation,and corresponding resistance coefficient,at last deduces the equation of lift,efficience and rotating speed under different load and different sliding-pressure which only based on main feed-water pump variable speed adjusting to satisfy.Taking one power plant 600MW supercritical unit for example,compared the energy consumption between different operation mode.It put forward the more suitable operation mode under different load,and offered theoretical basis for project practical application.
