螺旋管式相变蓄能箱蓄能过程的数值模拟The Numerical Simulation about Energy Storage Process of Spiral Tube Phase-change Energy Storage Box

摘要(Abstract):
利用螺旋管式相变换热器,设计了一套经济合理的蓄能设备。通过建立螺旋管蓄能箱的数学模型,对其传热过程进行模拟研究,对比分析了5e种不同尺寸模型的换热效果。探讨了蓄能箱蓄冷过程中相变材料的温度分布和液相分布规律,找出了最优模型的蓄能、释能周期;并通过试验,验证了所建立模型的合理性。研究结果表明:螺旋管换热效果与螺旋直径和截距有关,并且自然对流作用对螺旋管蓄能箱中各点的相变过程具有一定影响,但是对蓄能箱整体蓄能周期影响不大。
