螺旋管式相变蓄能箱蓄能过程的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

利用螺旋管式相变换热器,设计了一套经济合理的蓄能设备。通过建立螺旋管蓄能箱的数学模型,对其传热过程进行模拟研究,对比分析了5e种不同尺寸模型的换热效果。探讨了蓄能箱蓄冷过程中相变材料的温度分布和液相分布规律,找出了最优模型的蓄能、释能周期;并通过试验,验证了所建立模型的合理性。研究结果表明:螺旋管换热效果与螺旋直径和截距有关,并且自然对流作用对螺旋管蓄能箱中各点的相变过程具有一定影响,但是对蓄能箱整体蓄能周期影响不大。
A set of economic and reasonable energy storage device was designed,which was based on the spiral tube phasechange heat exchanger. The heat transfer process was simulated by establishing a mathematical model of spiral tube energy storage box,besides,the heat transfer effects of five models was analyzed contrastively. The temperature and liquid-phase distribution of phase-change materials during the progress of cold storage in storage box was discussed and the optimal model of energy storage and release cycle were found out. Finally,the rationality of the established model was verified by the experiment. It was concluded that the heat transfer effects of spiral tube varies with different spiral diameters and intercept,and natural convection has a certain influence on phase transition in the spiral tube energy storage box,but it has little effect on the overall energy storage cycle of energy storage box.
