摘要(Abstract):

以NASA Rotor67跨音速压气机转子为研究对象,研究动叶局部弯曲对跨音速压气机转子流场和性能的影响,数值结果表明,动叶局部的正弯和反弯均能改善不同工况点下压气机性能,但正弯效果更好;在近最高效率点工况下,正弯有利于提高压气机等熵效率,反弯能缩小流动分离区,改善流场性能。
To analyze the influence of partially bowed blades on the compressor's flow field and performance,a transonic rotor,NASA Rotor67,is selected as the baseline. Numerical results show that both positive and negative bowed rotor blades could help improve compressor performance in different operation points,and the positive bow has a better effect relatively. In the near peak efficiency point,the positive bow increases the compressor efficiency,while negative bow could shrink flow separation areas and improve the flow field.
