离心泵反设计计算方法改进
Amelioration of the Centrifugal Pump′s Reverse Design Method

摘要(Abstract):

对比分析了目前常用离心泵设计方法和设计过程中相关系数的选取规律,并考虑叶轮出口角B2等参数对速度系数的影响,对离心泵的反设计计算方法进行了改进,并利用该方法对多个离心泵叶轮进行了验证计算,与试验结果对比,计算结果较精确可靠。
The common centrifugal pump's design method and the choosing rule of the correlative coefficient was contrasted and analyzed,which considering the relationship between the blade outlet angle and other parameter and velocity coefficient,the centrifugal pump's reverse design method was improved.The veracity of this method was confirmed by a model pump.
