板式蒸发式冷凝器传热性能试验研究Experiment Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Plate-type Evaporative Condenser

摘要(Abstract):
搭建了板式蒸发式冷凝器传热性能试验平台,对影响板式蒸发式冷凝器传热性能的主要因素———喷淋水流量、风速、汽液流向以及工艺流体进出口位置进行试验研究。结果表明:空气与水并流时传热效果最好、逆流次之、错流最差;板内冷凝压力随冷却循环水喷淋密度、风速的增大而减小;在各自最佳风速,不同汽液流向操作下,蒸汽对角进出时的热流密度均比蒸汽同侧进出时大。
Plate-type condenser experimental platform of heat transfer performance is built,major factors affecting heat transfer characteristics of the plate-type evaporative condenser are studied,such as spray water flow,velocity of wind,import and export position of process fluid.The results showed that: co-current flow of air and water with the best heat transfer result,followed by counter-current flow and cross-flow.Condensing pressure in condenser decreases with the increasing of the circulating cooling water and velocity of wind.Upon the best velocity of wind and different vapor-liquid flow operation,the heat flux when the steam flow opposite side of the corner is greater than it when on the same side.
