灰渣泵选型中核算沉降流速的必要性分析

摘要(Abstract):

在发电厂除灰渣系统浆体输送中,对由于管路流速低于临界沉降流速发生浆体沉降的原因进行了分析,并应用临界沉降流速公式在实例中验证了核算沉降流速的必要性,对灰渣泵选型时合理确定管径有一定指导意义。
The reason of the pipe below the critical deposition velocity slurry flow rate of subsidence occurred was analyzed in the power plants ash slurry transportation system,the need for the accounting of the settlement velocity was validated in the example using the formula critical deposition velocity,which is helpful for rationally determine the diameter in choosing ash pump.
