恒功率变量泵的动态特性仿真研究Simulation on Dynamic Characteristics of Constant Power Variable Pump

摘要(Abstract):
恒功率变量泵能保证工程机械工作过程中充分吸收发动机的输出功率。为深入研究变量泵的变量动态特性,分析并建立了恒功率变量泵的关键部件数学模型,并用液压仿真软件AMESIM构建了仿真模型。将实测压力数据作为模型的负载输入,反向验证了所建模型的正确性,分析了变量泵进入恒功率调节区域后主泵压力、变量弹簧预紧力、单双测量弹簧、极限载荷控制压力等参数变化对变量泵动态特性的影响。仿真结果表明,该模型能够满足变量泵的动态特性分析要求。
