极端工况机械密封波纹管结构-热耦合失效分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对焊接金属波纹管在复杂工况下的失弹、疲劳失效的现象,以波纹管为研究对象,建立三维模型,应用静力学、热力学理论和有限元计算、试验分析相结合的方法对机械密封波纹的性能进行了分析,得到了不同力和温度作用下波纹管的受力分布、压缩量、刚度和热变形的变化规律及相互影响关系。结果表明:温度和力的作用对波纹管的失弹失效有较大影响。研究结果对于波纹管的优化设计、疲劳寿命分析、机械密封的选用和维护等提供了相关数据和理论依据。
In view of the elasticity loss and fatigue failure phenomena of welded metal bellows under complex operating conditions,in this paper,by using the bellows as the research object,a three-dimensional model was established,and the performance of the mechanical seal bellows was analyzed by the method of combination of the theory of static mechanics and the thermodynamics,finite element calculation and test analysis. The stress distribution,compression,stiffness and thermal deformation of bellows under the action of different force and temperature and relations of mutual influences were obtained. The results show that the effect of temperature and force has a greater influence on the elasticity loss and failure of the bellows. The research results provided relevant data and theoretical basis for the optimization design,fatigue life analysis and selection and maintenance,etc. of mechanical seals.
