基于双温储能热管的余热回收装置系统设计与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

化工领域的余热回收利用中存在供能不稳定、不持续及回收率低等问题,将相变储能技术与重力热管结构结合到余热回收系统中,通过理论计算筛选0.63 kg赤藻糖醇与0.92 kg三水醋酸钠为相变材料储能,并设计双温储能热管系统进行可行性试验研究。试验表明:双温储能热管系统安全可靠,相变材料蓄热利用率为78.49%,系统总效率为55.29%。系统设计简单、成本较低,达到与热回收利用及节能减排目的,具有广阔的社会效益和应用前景。
In the waste heat recovery and utilization in chemical industry,there are the problems of unstable energy supply,noncontinuous and low recovery rate,etc. The phase change energy storage technology and gravity assisted heat pipe were incorporated into waste heat recovery system. By theoretical calculation,0.63 kg erythritol and 0.92 kg sodium acetate trihydrate were selected as phase change materials for energy storage,and the dual temperature energy storage heat pipe system was designed to carry out the feasibility experiment. The experiment results show that the dual temperature energy storage heat pipe system was safe and reliable,the utilization ratio of stored heat in the phase change material was 78.49%,and the total efficiency of the system was 55.29%. The system has the advantages of simple design and low cost,and achieved the purpose of heat recovery,energy conservation and emission reduction. It has substantial social benefits and broad application prospect.
