两叶与多叶转子气冷式罗茨真空泵型线分析

摘要(Abstract):

推导出了气冷式罗茨真空泵转子的两叶宽头圆弧摆线型线、三叶和四叶圆弧摆线型线的参数方程;确定了c(Rm/R)与容积利用系数的关系,绘制出型线的c与容积利用系数的曲线图。分析了两叶、三叶和四叶圆弧摆线转子对泵的容积利用系数、噪声、极限真空和加工成本的影响,确定三叶圆弧摆线型线为气冷式罗茨真空泵的较优型线。
the parametric equations of double/triple/quadruple-folium cycloidal profiles adaptable to the rotor of air-cooled roots vacuum pump are derived and calculated mathematically,as well as the relationship between the volumetric coefficient of utilization of the rotor profile and c(Rm/R).The curves of the relationship are plotted and the influence of volumetric coefficient of utilization,noise,ultimate pressure and the machining cost required of the double/triple/quadruple-folium to the pump are analyzed.The triple-folium cycloidal profile is regarded as the best for the rotor comparatively.
