海上平台注水泵技术探究

摘要(Abstract):

油田注水系统是油田能耗大户,是油田投资的主要领域之一,因此开发高效注水设备,提高现有注水系统运行效率,对于降低油田生产成本具有重要意义。本文主要以油田注水系统的关键设备——注水泵为例,从高效节能、先进的加工工艺、合理稳定的结构和完善的控制系统等方面对其进行分析研究,结果表明该注水泵能确保油田注水系统的低成本和安全稳定运行。
Oilfiled water injection system is a major energy consumption,whihc is also one of the main domain of investment. Therefore,it is significant to develop water injection equipment with high efficiency and improve the existing operational efficiency of water injection system and reduce the oilfield production cost.The key equipment-water injection system of oilfield water injection pump as an example, from its energy efficiency, advanced processing technology, analysis of the structure of reasonable and stable and perfect control system and other aspects, to ensure the water injection pump efficiency, safety, stable operation and low cost, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of oilfield water injection system.
