离心风机叶轮径向间隙对其泄漏及性能的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于离心式风机的间隙,首先研究了不同湍流模型对数值计算结果的影响,并将其与试验测量值进行对比,发现SST模型与试验误差小于3%。接着利用该模型分别模拟了间隙为4、6和8 mm时,风机内部的流场特性,并对其进行了系统的分析。研究结果表明:随着气体流量的增加,泄露量的增加量存在一个特定的拐点,拐点前泄露量的增幅缓慢,拐点后泄露量急剧增加;径向间隙越大,相同流量下的泄漏量越大,但是拐点之前间隙大小对泄漏量的影响较小;随着径向间隙的增大,泄漏增加的趋势越明显。此外,还验证了径向间隙只能调整风机的静压效率,而不能改变静压效率曲线趋势。
Based on the clearance of centrifugal fans,the influence of different turbulence models on the numerical results is studied and compared with the experimental results,the error between SST model and the experimental are found to be less than3 %. Besides,using the model to simulate the gap for 4 mm,6 mm and 8 mm,contrast the flow field characteristics of the fan. The results show that with increasing gas flow rate,leakage increased quantities in the presence of a particular inflection point,the inflection point of leakage of slow growth,after the inflection point leakage increased dramatically. The radial gap is bigger,under the same flux leakage quantity is bigger,but before the inflexion of the gap size has little effect on the leakage. With increase of the radial clearance,leakage increase trend more obvious. In addition,it is verified that the radial clearance can only adjust the static pressure efficiency of the fan,but can't change the static pressure efficiency trend.
