电子膨胀阀阀头线型几何模型的研究

摘要(Abstract):

指出了蒸发器变流量特性对电子膨胀阀流量增益特性的补偿要求;分析了国内电子膨胀阀生产企业阀头线型几何模型的建立方法。在对其进行分析计算的基础上发现了现有膨胀阀阀头线型设计方法的不足,并提出了通用的阀头线形几何模型的建立方法。该方法为深入研究膨胀阀的流量特性及其影响因素以及阀头线形的优化设计奠定了一定基础。
The idea is proposed that the flow characteristic of electronic expansion valve should adapt to superheat gain to refrigerant flow rate under different evaporation temperature. Some native methods of geometry modeling of electronic expansion valve core are introduced. By analysis of them, some shortcoming is detected and a universal modeling method of electronic expansion valve core is put forward at last. Through this model, the flow characteristic of EEV and the influence factors to it can be investigated more deeply.
