过热蒸汽饱和器的多种方案设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文基于传热传质基本原理,提出了一种过热蒸汽饱和器,可将换热设备中的过热蒸汽转化成饱和蒸汽。并详细介绍设计了3种供液方案——重力水箱式、文丘里管式和泵式装置,使之满足不同用户的多种需要。
Based on the principle of heat and mass exchange,a type of superheated steam saturator is designed.The superheated steam could be saturated by the saturator.Three plans of feed liquid equipments are described in detail,and the style contains gravity water tank、Venturi tube pattern and pump form.It would be satisfied by the multiple demands of many consumers.
