一种新型露点间接蒸发冷却器在我国不同气候区适用性的试验研究
Experimental Study of a New Type Dew Point Indirect Evaporative Cooler on the Applicability of Different Climate Zones in China

摘要(Abstract):

建立了一种新型露点间接蒸发冷却器试验系统,通过试验方法研究了其在8种模拟气候条件下的适用性。试验结果显示,一次空气流量为150m3/h时,湿球效率变化范围为80%~99%,露点效率变化范围为50%~75%,制冷量变化范围为0.27~0.71k W,出口空气温湿度可满足呼和浩特、酒泉及乌鲁木齐3种气候条件下人的热舒适需求;当一次空气流量为1500m3/h时,湿球效率变化范围为39%~47%,露点效率变化范围为25%~32%,制冷量变化范围为1.2~3.3k W,出口空气温湿度无法满足人的热舒适需要。
A novel dew point indirect evaporative cooling system was constructed and experiments were carried out to investigate the climate suitability in China( eight simulated climatic conditions). The results showed that when the primary air flow rate is150m3/ h,the Wet bulb efficiency ranged between 80% ~ 99% and the dew point efficiency between 50% ~ 75%,cooling capacity between 0. 27 ~ 0. 71 k W,The outlet air temperature and humidity can meet the thermal comfort needs of the people in Hohhot,Jiuquan and Urumqi. When the primary air flow rate is 1500m3/ h,the Wet bulb efficiency ranged between 39% ~ 47% and the dew point efficiency between 25% ~ 32%,cooling capacity between 1. 2 ~ 3. 3k W,the outlet air emperature and humidity can not meet people's thermal comfort needs.
