机械密封监控系统设计方案
Monitoring System of Mechanical Seals Based on DSP

摘要(Abstract):

在分析了国内外在机械密封监控系统研究现状的基础上,制定了机械密封监控系统,该系统在硬件上采用DSP,在软件上采用先进的智能控制算法。它可以以一种预程序化受控方式对密封的工作条件和环境的变化做出快速的反应,使机械密封在满足泄漏量、温度、磨损率等反馈参数的要求下,处于最佳的工作状态,从而提高机械密封的可靠性并延长其寿命。
Based on analysis of research on monitoring systems of mechanical seals at home and abroad,a monitoring system of mechanical seal was developed,in which DSP and advanced intelligent control algorithms were used.The mechanical seals with the monitoring system can adapt quickly to changes of working conditions and environment and locate in the best working state satisfying requirements of feedback parameters,such as the leakage,the temperature and the wear rate.Thereby the reliability of mechanical seals is enhanced and the lifetime is prolonged.
