孔型阻尼密封在透平膨胀机喷嘴叶片上的应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对透平膨胀机喷嘴叶片动静部件间隙流动损失问题,首先对喷嘴叶片膨胀比进行计算,并与实验数据进行对比,验证计算方法的准确性和可靠性,然后对加装孔型阻尼密封前后的喷嘴气动性能进行对比计算,结果表明,对于本文计算模型,加装孔型阻尼密封使得喷嘴叶片膨胀比提高1%,焓损失降低5%,且动静部件间隙减小50%后,喷嘴叶片膨胀比进一步提高1%,焓损失进一步下降5%。
For the flow loss of clearance between moving and stationary parts of the turbine expander nozzle blade,first of all,the expansion ratio of the nozzle blade was calculated using CFD method,and compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy and reliability of the calculation method,and then the aerodynamic performance of the nozzle before and after adding damping sealing groove nozzle was calculated and compared.The results show that for the calculation model herein,the expansion ratio is increased by 1% and enthalpy loss is decreased by 5% after adding the hole-pattern damper seal,and the expansion ratio of nozzle blade is further increased by 1% and enthalpy loss is further decreased by 5% after 50% reduction of the clearance between moving and stationary parts.
