超高速涡轮用超音速喷嘴流出系数的试验研究Experimental Study of Discharge Coefficient of a Super-sonic Nozzle Used in Ultra-high-speed Turbine

摘要(Abstract):
超音速喷嘴作为重要的能量转换装置,其主要功用是将高压气体的焓降转变为气流的动能,对于特定结构类型喷嘴,当喷嘴前后压力比达到或超过某一临界值时喷嘴的流通能力达到最大值,并被喉部面积所限制,由于气体在喷嘴中流动的复杂性,喷嘴实际的流通能力与理论设计值总有一定的差别,将喷嘴实际通过质量流量与理论质量流量的比值称作喷嘴流出系数,本文通过对某产品中应用的3种结构类型喷嘴进行空气流通试验测量,得出在喉部等效面积相同情况下3种喷嘴流出系数的差别,并为后续设计及分析计算提供试验依据。
As an important energy conversion device,the function of the supersonic nozzle is that making the enthalpy descent of high pressure gas convert to its kinetic energy. For the specific nozzle as the pressure ratio achieve or exceed its critical value,the flow capacity will reach its maximum which is limited by the throat area. Because the flow complexity of gas in the nozzle,there is difference between the realistic flow capacity and the theory design value. The discharge coefficient,which is defined as the proportionality of the realistic flow capacity and the theory flow capacity,of three different structural supersonic nozzle which has equal throat area will be researched via experimental investigation. And the testing conclusion will be used as guidance for subsequent design and analysis.
