摘要(Abstract):

详细阐述了金属覆胶复合材料的基本结构、制备工艺和技术关键,对其主要性能及表征方法进行了较系统的分析,表明金属覆胶复合材料将是未来机动车密封和减震的主要材料。最后介绍了金属覆胶复合材料的应用和发展情况。
The normal structure of the metal coated with rubber composites,states the key steps of the manufacturing process was described,the main performances and their characterization methods systematically was analyzed,and the major areas of application and their development in these areas was introduced.Because of their high flexibility,compressibility and high-strength,the metal coated with rubber composites will become the development direction of vehicle sealing and vibration-proof.
