压缩机物理爆炸压力分析
Analysis of Internal Burst Pressure of a Compressor Physical Explosion Accident

摘要(Abstract):

采用美国化学工程师学会过程安全中心(AIChE/CCPS)的物理爆炸模型,对某一例压缩机爆炸事故进行了腔体内爆炸压力分析,并用爆炸碎片碰撞人体受到伤害的标准进行了比对分析。分析结果表明:爆炸时压缩机腔体内压力已经超过设计压力的3倍。本方法有助于揭示导致压缩机爆炸的原因,同时适用于类似设备的物理爆炸的事故分析和事故调查。
A physical explosion model from the Center for Chemical Process Safety of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers(AIChE/CCPS) is adopted to analyze the internal burst pressure of a compressor explosion accident.The result is compared with that from the standards for person body damage butted by parts.The analysis result shows that the internal burst pressure of the compressor is more than 3 times of the design pressure.The analysis method can help to reveal the real reason of the compressor explosion,and it can also be used for the analysis of similar physical explosion incident and accident investigations.
