基于动网格的离心泵内部流场数值模拟Numerical Simulation of Flow Field Inside of Centrifugal Pump Based on Dynamics Mesh

摘要(Abstract):
为了实时地模拟离心叶片泵的内部动态流场,将动网格技术引入到离心泵内部流场的数值模拟中,并分析了离心泵在叶轮旋转情况下的内部流场的动态变化及对水泵蜗壳结构改进计算。模拟结果显示,动网格技术能较好地模拟离心泵内部流场的动态变化,便于研究人员分析离心泵内部流场参数的瞬时变化情况。
In order to really simulate the flow field inside of centrifugal pump,the moving grid technology is introduced to numerical simulation of flow field inside of centrifugal pump,and the variation of interior flow field under the condition of the impeller rotating is analyzed.The results show that dynamics variation of the interior flow field is easy to be obtained by dynamics mesh technology,and it provides a way to analyze the transient status of parameters of the interior flow field for researchers.
