螺杆压缩机转子型线普遍方程组与计算机辅助设计CAD and Universal Equations for Rotor Profile of Screw Compressor

摘要(Abstract)：
在综合分析螺杆压缩机转子常用型线方程及其共轭关系的基础上，提出了型线普遍方程、通用拟合方程、共轭型线与啮合线方程，并利用该组方程及配套的软件包，对ＪＢ、ＳＲＭ、ＨＺ－３等齿形进行了实例设计，绘制了相应的图形。
Based on analysis of equation of rotor profile in common use and conjugate relation, universal equation of profile and curve fitting, equation of conjugate profile and meshing line is presented With these equations and software, the design is carried out for JB, SRM and HZ-3 type profile, and ifs figures are drawn out. The software is concise and reliable, that have good universality, is calculative time saving and apply to CAD of any type of profile.
