基于被动房建筑的新风机组性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对我国典型的寒冷地区被动房建筑的基本要求以及传统全热交换器的弊端,研发了一台具有制冷、制热、全热回收功能的新风机组。为满足不同季节被动房对新风温湿度变化时控温除湿需求,提出了不同工况下的运行控制模式。在焓差试验室测试了新风机组的制冷性能和全热回收性能。试验结果表明,机组达到设计技术参数,运行可靠,能高效运行,且在各个工况均能够满足国家相关规定的要求。本文的试验数据可以为今后相关产品的开发和实际推广提供一定的借鉴与参考。
In view of the basic requirements of typical passive houses in cold area and the disadvantages of the conventional total heat exchangers in our country,a fresh air handling unit with the functions of heating,cooling and total heat recovery was designed. In order to meet the demand of the passive houses for temperature control and dehumidification in the case of changes in fresh air temperature and humidity in different seasons,three operating control modes under different operating conditions were proposed. The cooling performance and total heat recovery performance of the fresh air handling unit were tested in the standard enthalpy difference laboratory. The results show that the unit has reached the design technical parameters and operates reliably and efficiently,and can meet the requirements of relevant national regulations under various operating conditions.The test data herein can serve as reference for the development and practical promotion of the related products in the future.
