离心压缩机径向吸气室性能改进的数值研究

摘要(Abstract):

径向吸气室作为离心压缩机中重要的静止元件逐渐获得了行业内研究人员的重视。本文基于数值模拟方法,以一台离心压缩机的径向吸气室为研究对象,对其某些几何参数和结构进行了改进。结果表明,改进后吸气室内部的气体流动得到改善,在设计流量下吸气室的总压损失系数明显下降,多变效率提高了5%,吸气室出口气流参数分布的均匀性也有所改善。
Radial inlet as an important stationary component of centrifugal compressor gets more attention from the industry researchers. In this paper,numerical study has been carried out for a radial inlet of centrifugal compressor to improve its geometry and structure. The results show that,under the design condition,the structure modification improved the flow condition inside the radial inlet,significantly decreased the total pressure loss coefficient,and made the polytropic efficiency of the radial inlet increase by 5%. In addition,the uniformity of flow parameters at the outlet of the radial inlet has also been improved to some extent.
