会议室内菌落数与空气颗粒物关联性的试验研究Experimental Study on the Correlation between Bacterial Colonies and Airborne Particles in Meeting Room

摘要(Abstract):
在分析空气颗粒物粒径分布特征的基础上,开展会议室内菌落数与空气颗粒物的关联性试验研究。结果表明,待测会议室内颗粒物浓度相对稳定,试验工况下菌落数的波动范围在7%以内;菌落数与多组以10.0 μm为粒径上限的空气颗粒物浓度之间正相关,相关系数最高可达0.999 7。
Based on the size distribution analysis of airborne particles,an experimental study was carried out on the correlation between bacterial colonies and airborne particles in a meeting room.The results show that the concentration of indoor airborne particles was relatively stable,and the fluctuation range of bacterial colonies under test conditions was within 7%.There was a positive correlation between bacterial colonies and several airborne particles concentration with a maximum particle size of 10.0 μm,and the correlation coefficient was up to 0.999 7.
