涡旋压缩机主要零部件应力和变形随曲柄转角变化的规律分析

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究曲轴在不同旋转角度时各零件的应力分布和变形情况,利用三维建模软件分别建立不同转角位置时动涡旋盘、十字滑环、曲柄销、支架的三维模型并进行组装,基于有限元法分别对不同转角位置下不同零件的变形和应力分布情况进行分析。结果表明:在不同旋转角度时各零件的最大变形和最大应力的大小和位置不同;由于间隙的存在,使得动涡旋盘的最大变形位置为端板的边缘;十字滑环上键的应力和变形与十字滑环中心和曲柄销中心的位置相关;支架的应力和变形与十字滑环上键的受力情况相关。
In order to research the distribution of stress and deformation of the parts of scroll compressor in different rotation angles of crank,the models of orbiting scroll,Oldham coupling,crank pin,bracket in different angular were established and assembled with the use of three-dimensional software. On the basis of finite element analysis( FEM),the stress distribution and deformation of every part in different angles were investigated. The results showed that: the size and location of the maximum deformation and the maximum stress of the parts is different in different rotation angles; Due to the gap,the maximum deformation position of orbiting scroll is in the edge of plate; The distribution of stress and deformation of Oldham coupling is associated with the location of center of Oldham coupling and crank pin; The distribution of stress and deformation of bracket is related to stress situation of Oldham coupling.
