基于Labview的转子在线监测系统研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于Labview研发了一套通用的多路采集测试分析系统。编制了三大模块:数据采集显示模块、信号分析模块及数据储存模块等。具备快速傅立叶变换(FFT)功能,时域分析、频谱分析、轴心轨迹分析等功能,并在特利转子试验台上进行了对比验证。为大型旋转机械的在线监测系统的开发打下了一定的基础。
The multi-channel data acquisition and processing system based on virtual instruments-Labview has been developed.This system contains three main modules,which are data acquisition,display module and data processing module,data storage module,There are some functions with the monitoring system,such as Fourier Transform(FFT),wave-time analysis,frequency analysis,axes orbit analysis.Also,the monitoring system was validated using Bently rotor test-bed.This paper gives the base of the large rotor machine's condition monitoring develop.
