矿山用大型主排水泵站节能目标与对策Energy-saving Target and Solution on the Large-scale Main Draining Pumps System for the Use of Coal Mine

摘要(Abstract):
排水是矿山安全生产的重要保证,矿山排水系统用电量占矿山生产总能耗的30%以上。本文基于煤矿用大型主排水泵电机系统的节能目标,从5个方面进行节能技术改造,提出了在现有泵站基础上实施的5个节能对策,实施后使大型主排水泵系统节能达到15%以上。
The draining water system is the important guarantee for the safety production in coal mine every day,the electricity consumption of that holds 30% total energy consumption in coal mine production. This text is based on the energy-saving target of the draining water pump-motor system,using five aspects for technology-improving of energy saving,in order to reduce 15% energy consumption of the existing pump stations.
