新型螺旋板式换热器及其传热特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

为提高螺旋板板式换热器的传热效率,提出了一种新型高效的缩放板螺旋板式换热器,并运用FLUENT软件对普通螺旋板式换热器和缩放板螺旋板式换热器进行传热数值模拟对比,分析不同雷诺数条件下换热器传热影响因子、阻力影响因子以及综合性能评价系数的变化规律,研究结果表明,Re在3 143到157 143的范围内,传热影响因子随着Re数的增加先增大后减小,阻力影响因子随着Re的增加的而变大。在6 286到125 714的Re范围内,缩放板螺旋板式换热器的综合性能优于普通螺旋板式换热器,其综合性能评价系数随着Re的增加先增大后减小,且在Re为31 429时,综合优化效果最佳,达到了1.34,从理论上证明了缩放板螺旋板式换热器的优越性。研究结果对新型螺旋板式换热器的工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
In order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the spiral plate heat exchanger,a new type of high-efficiency scaled plate spiral plate heat exchanger is proposed,and the FLUENT numerical simulation software is used to numerically simulate and compare heat transfer of the ordinary spiral plate heat exchanger and the scaled plate spiral plate heat exchanger to analyze the change rules of heat transfer influencing factors,resistance influencing factors,and comprehensive performance evaluation coefficients of the heat exchanger under the condition of different Reynolds numbers.The research results show that the Re number is within the range of 3 143 to 157 143.As the Re number increases,the heat transfer influencing factor first increases and then decreases,and the resistance influence factor becomes larger as the Re number increases.In the range of Re=6 286~125 714,the comprehensive performance of the scaled plate spiral plate heat exchanger is better than that of the ordinary spiral plate heat exchanger.Its comprehensive performance evaluation coefficient first increases and then decreases with the increase of the Re number,and when the Re number is 31 429,the comprehensive optimization effect is the best,reaching 1.34,which theoretically proves the superiority of the scaled plate spiral plate heat exchanger.The research results have certain guiding significance for the engineering application of the new spiral plate heat exchanger.
