炼油厂高温油泵机械密封泄漏原因分析及对策Reason Analysis and Countermeasures for Leakage of High Temperature Oil Pump Mechanical Seal

摘要(Abstract):
当前石油化工炼油厂使用的高温介质泵大部分使用的是金属波纹管机械密封,机械密封的动、静环接触面上的摩擦热容易造成干摩擦或产生较大的温度梯度,从而使密封环产生过大的热应力导致密封端面磨损变形,严重时会出现热裂纹,造成机械密封的严重泄漏。本文结合具体实例详细介绍了金属波纹管机械密封的结构原理,并对金属波纹管机械密封端面温度及应力场进行了模拟分析研究,提出了改进措施,对于机械密封的设计和制造及其应用具有理论指导和现实意义。
Nowadays in the petrochemical refinery, the most high temperature medium pump is metal bellows mechanical seal. For a typical mechanical seal design, the friction heat from the contact surface of rotating ring and stationary seat may cause dry friction or produce larger temperature gradient,this can cause the sealing ring inside has excessive thermal stress, which leads to contact surface wear deformation, even may cause a hot crack and result in serious leakage of the mechanical seal. This kind of problem serious affects the use of mechanical seal and its performance. This paper combining with the examples from daily operation, this paper introduces in detail the structure and function of metal bellows mechanical seal, and do a simulated analysis on the metal bellows mechanical seal face temperature and stress field. Also provide improvement measures. This paper provides theoretical guidance to the design, manufacture and application of mechanical seal and has practical significance.
