LNG蓄能换热器的优化设计与试验分析

摘要(Abstract):

液化天然气(LNG)只有在汽化后才能被充分利用,在汽化过程中会释放大量的冷能,本文设计了一种具有蓄能腔的蓄能换热器来利用这些冷能,利用ICEPAK仿真软件对其进行热仿真分析,探究其换热及蓄能性能。同时,本文优化设计了工艺流程,使质量流量为30 kg/h的LNG能够满足3 k W的空调连续工作1.5 h,由此,蓄能换热器将LNG冷能的储存和转换集中在同一个设备内,提高了冷能利用率。
Liquefied natural gas(LNG) can be fully utilized only after gasification,and it will release a large amount of cold energy in the process of evaporation. An energy storage heat exchanger with energy storage chamber was designed to use these cold energy. Then simulation software of ICEPAK was used for thermal simulation analysis to study the heat transfer and energy storage performance. At the same time,the technological procession was studied which makes the mass flow rate to 30 kg/h LNG can satisfy the 3 k W air-condition to work 1.5 hours continuously,the storage and conversion of LNG cold energy will be concentrated in the same equipment by energy storage heat exchanger,this can improve the utilization rate of cold energy.
