大压差注水系统三级节流降噪仿真研究与优化设计

摘要(Abstract):

为了控制船舶系统振动和噪声,对自流注水系统的主要噪声源进行了分析。基于气蚀噪声和湍流噪声形成的机理,提出了三级节流降压的优化设计方案,改善系统压力分布和湍流度。对单级节流系统和三级节流系统进行流场和声场仿真计算,对比仿真计算结果表明,改进后系统的噪声有显著的下降,达到了预期的降噪目标。
In order to control the noise and vibration of shipboard seawater system,the paper analyzes the main noise source of water injection system. Based on the formation mechanism of cavitation noise and turbulent noise,the optimal design of the three stage throttle depressurization was proposed to ameliorate the system pressure distribution and turbulent intensity. The flow field and sound field of single stage and three stage throttling system was simulated. The simulation results show that the noise of the improved system has dropped significantly to reach the expected noise control goals.
