纯水射流除锈性能的仿真对比分析与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

建立了纯水射流冲击的数学模型,模拟了纯水射流冲击速度场。针对冲击性能,仿真分析了不同压力、不同口径和不同靶距的流场特性,根据冲击性能仿真分析结果提供的参数进行试验,运用扫描电镜对除锈形貌进行观测,结果表明:射流压力、射流口径、射流靶距等参数对冲击性能影响较大。根据仿真分析得到的优化参数试验,表明超高压纯水射流除锈效果较好。
An ultrahigh pressure pure water jet modeling was established,and the stripping impact velocity field was simulated.Aim at the stripping impact performance,the flow field characteristics such as different pressure,different diameter and different target distance were analyzed.According to the impact performance simulation analysis and the typical parameters,the rust removal test was experimented by electron microscope.The simulation analysis results show that the impact performance is influenced observably by the pressure,the diameter and the target distance,the ultrahigh pressure pure water rust removal effect is good with the parameters obtained by impact performance simulation analysis.
