小流量给水条件下电站锅炉给水系统调节特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

为了适应小流量锅炉给水的调节要求,首先利用"最小二乘法"原理,确定因系统倒灌高度和流动阻力对锅炉给水泵带来影响后的特性方程拟合;依据开、闭式供水系统的特点,求解出给水系统总的特性方程;确定当锅炉给流量小于、等于或超过给水泵最小汽蚀流量时,再循环阀门与给水阀门应具有的开度比;最后通过算例进行系统能耗分析。
For suiting to the regulating request of the small-flow boiler water supply,it should be first used the theory of least squares method,confirming the fitting method of the characteristic equation of the boiler feedwater pump due to the influence of intrusion height and flow friction;second,according to the characteristic of open-type and close-type feedwater system,it was educed the total characteristic equation;third,it was confirmed the opening rate of recirculation valve and feedwater valve,when the flow that boiler requested is less、equal or more than the cavitation lowest discharge of feedwater pump;at last,according to the calculation to analyze the system efficiency.
