LiCl溶液除湿性能的数值模拟和试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

主要研究了绝热逆流除湿器的传质以及传热过程,选用除湿效率、体积传质系数和湿阻作为评价除湿性能的主要指标。本文对此搭建了相关的数学模型;在搭建的以LiCl溶液为除湿剂的绝热逆流填料塔除湿装置上进行试验研究,并与仿真结果进行对比,验证了理论模型的可靠性;并基于多组试测数据,应用MATlab多元回归法,提出了适用于LiCl溶液绝热逆流除湿器评价指标的试验关联式,且关联系数均接近1,可以为溶液除湿空调系统的性能优化提供相关的参考。
Aiming at heat and mass transfer process of the adiabatic countercurrent dehumidifier,adopting dehumidifying efficiency,volumetric mass transfer coefficient and moisture resistance as the evaluation index of the dehumidification performance,the correlative mathematical model was constructed; By experimenting on the moisture device of adiabatic countercurrent packed tower with LiCl liquid as dehumidizer,compares of experimental and simulation results to verify the reliability of the theoretical model; And based on multiple groups of measured data,proposed the experimental correlation for evaluation index of the adiabatic countercurrent dehumidifier by the multi-element linear regression method,and the correlation coefficient was close to 1,in order to provide certain reference for optimizing the performance of liquid desiccant air conditioning system.
