R134a单元机的绝热毛细管实用关联式研究Research on Adiabatic Capillary Tubes′ Correlation of R134a Unit Air-conditioning

摘要(Abstract):
对采用φ3.8×0.5mm绝热毛细管的R134 a单元式风冷冷风机组进行了试验,改变毛细管的长度,记录机组运行参数并分析机组性能的变化。在此基础之上,采集20个工况点的数据,通过多元线性回归,建立了R134 a单元机的绝热毛细管实用关联式。对比试验结果与关联式的计算值,最小相对误差为1.1%,最大相对误差为12.6%,平均相对误差为4.95%。
A R134a unit air-conditioning with 3.8×0.5 millimeter adiabatic capillary tubes are tested.The length of adiabatic capillary tubes have been changed,the changes of the unit's performance are recorded.The experimental data under twenty operation conditions are used to establish adiabatic capillary tubes' correlation of R134a unit air-conditioning through linear regression.Comparison of the experiment result and the correlation's calculation numerical value shows that the minimum relative error is 1.1%,the maximum relative error is 12.6%,and average relative error is 4.95%.
