低噪高效风机蜗壳的研究

摘要(Abstract):

根据气体动力学、声学原理及叶轮出口条件对风机性能的影响,本文认为影响离心机噪声和效率的一个重要因素是蜗壳压力区的均匀性,而蜗舌附近是一个关键区域。因此,提出了一种通过改善蜗舌附近压力区的均匀性的、新的变螺旋角蜗壳设计方法。实践证明效果显著。
This paper presented that one of the important factors of the effect on the noise and efficiency of the centrifugal fans is the uniformity of the pressure field in the volute and the rejoin near the tongue of the volute is a key place, according to the gasdynamic acoustics principles and the effects of the conditions at outlet of impeller on the performance of fans. Therefore a new design method with varying spiral angles of volute was proposed by means of focus on improving the uniformity of pressure field near the tongue of the volute. The remarkable effect was verified in practice.
