超临界二氧化碳管内湍流流动和传热的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

应用标准的k -ε模型对超临界CO2 在竖直微通道管内的湍流流动和传热进行了数值模拟。采用SIMPLE算法 ,得到了各种条件下不同管径的速度、温度剖面分布规律以及对流换热系数h和Nu数。分析了相关参数对超临界CO2 管内湍流流动和传热的影响 ,并将模拟结果与相关的理论和实验成果进行了比较 ,验证了模拟结果的正确性。
A numerical simulation of turbulent convective heat transfer of supercritical carbon dioxide in miniature vertical tubes was performed using SIMPLE program and standard k-ε model. Typical velocity profiles, temperature profiles,heat transfer coefficients and Nusselt numbers for circular tubes with the diameters of 0.5, 0.7, 1.4, 2.16mm under different conditions were obtained. And the effects of these parameters on the heat transfer of supercritical CO 2 were analyzed. To verify the correction of the simulation results, the comparison between the results and the relative theoretical or experimental research was made.
